Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Shareholder Rights Offering Becomes Effective PARKER, Colo., Oct. 22, 2001Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: ISSS), a spatial information technology services provider, announced today that the registration statement for its previously announced shareholder rights offering to its existing shareholders became effective on October 19, 2001. The record date for the common stock offering is April 30, 2001. The rights offering will provide shareholders of record four rights for each share held on April 30, 2001. Each right allows a shareholder to purchase one share at $0.035 per share. In addition, a shareholder who fully exercises the rights may oversubscribe for up to seven shares for each share held on April 30, 2001, at $0.035 per share. In the event the oversubscriptions exceed the shares available, the oversubscriptions will be prorated.
