Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Releases Preliminary Results

PARKER, Colo, Nov. 2, 2001—Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: ISSS) disclosed yesterday in a conference call with brokers and shareholders after the market's close that for the fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 2001, its operating subsidiary, PlanGraphics, Inc., had gross revenue of approximately $7.7 million, EBITDA of approximately $630,000, and net income of approximately $225,000.

Fourth quarter results for Integrated Spatial Information Solutions on a consolidated basis showed improved results, the company said. Operating losses for the quarter were reduced by 60% from the prior year's fourth quarter to $152,000. Exclusive of a goodwill charge of $90,000, the company approached breakeven, which it expects to achieve during its 2002 fiscal year. The company also disclosed that it anticipates organic growth rates of 25-35% and gross revenue of $9.2 million in fiscal 2002.
