Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Retains Grant Thornton as Auditor

PARKER, Colo., March 28, 2002—Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB: ISSS; ISIS), a supplier of e-government solutions that leverage locational data, has retained Grant Thornton, LLP as its auditor, effective March 26, 2002.

Gary S. Murray, chairman of ISIS, said, "The full Board accepted the Audit Committee's unanimous recommendation at a meeting on March 8." He commended the "very professional job" the company's former auditing firm, BDO Seidman, LLP, had done working for the company since 1994, adding, "We simply felt that our responsibility to our shareholders dictated a review of our outside auditor at this time."

"We have made significant progress in establishing a new direction and momentum for ISIS, while controlling costs and increasing communication among our team members," said Mr. Murray. "The selection of Grant Thornton and their team in Cincinnati is one more positive step in this process."
