Integrated Spatial Information Solutions Begins Trading as PlanGraphics, Inc with New Symbol of PGRA on May 6, 2002

FRANKFORT, Ky., May 3, 2002—The NASDAQ Stock Market has advised Integrated Spatial Information Solutions, Inc. (ISIS; OTC BB: ISSS) that it will begin trading as PlanGraphics, Inc. on Monday, May 6, 2002 using a new symbol of PGRA on the OTC Bulletin Board.

The company's shareholders approved the name change at the annual shareholders' meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2002. The company believes the new name and trading symbol will aid the investing community in linking news about the company's activities under the PlanGraphics, Inc. name found in the general media with the company's trading symbol in the public markets. It also is expected to further capitalize on the national reputation and name recognition already established for PlanGraphics, Inc.
