PlanGraphics Selected for Kentucky Strategic Alliance Services (SAS) Contract

FRANKFORT, Ky., Oct. 9, 2003—PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTCBB: PGRA), has been selected by the Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet as one of two geographic information systems (GIS) niche vendors for the Commonwealth of Kentucky’s new Strategic Alliance Services (SAS) contracts. The Strategic Alliance is a state price contract arrangement that allows Kentucky agencies, local governments and education agencies to procure GIS and other information technology (IT) services more quickly and competitively from pre-qualified expert providers.

The one-year SAS contract (C-03278902), which may be renewed for up to four one-year periods, will allow PlanGraphics the opportunity to continue to establish a long-term public/private strategic alliance relationship with the Commonwealth and its political subdivisions. The SAS contract requires that PlanGraphics be capable of providing all types of deliverables-based GIS services.
