PlanGraphics sets annual shareholders' meeting for April 29

FRANKFORT, Ky., April 10, 2003—PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTCBB PGRA) announces that the 2003 annual meeting of its shareholders will be held at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Time, on April 29, 2003 at corporate offices located at 112 East Main Street, Frankfort, KY 40601.

The meeting has the following purposes:

1. To elect a board of four directors, each director to serve until the next annual meeting or until the election or qualification of his successor.

2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any postponements or adjournments thereof.

The Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on March 31, 2003 as the record date for the determination of shareholders entitled to notice of, and to vote at, the annual meeting. Only shareholders of record on such date are entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting or at any postponements or adjournments thereof.
