PlanGraphics completes GIS planning project for the Oldham Geographic Information Consortium FRANKFORT, Ky., April 21, 2003PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTCBB PGRA), has completed a geographic information system (GIS) implementation plan for the Oldham Geographic Information Consortium (OGIC) in Oldham County, Kentucky. The six-member Consortium includes two representatives from Oldham County and one representative each from the City of LaGrange, the LaGrange Utilities Commission, the Oldham County Water District, and the Oldham County Property Valuation Administrator (PVA). The Consortium was established in 2002, and one of its top priorities was to prepare a plan for building a countywide GIS. Oldham County is northeast of Louisville, and it is one of the Commonwealth's fastest growing counties. The goal of the implementation plan is to bring existing and newly created information and agency capabilities together to create a collaborative GIS within the County. The implementation plan provides short- and intermediate-term strategies for the following:
