PlanGraphics accepted into the State of Indiana Business Partner Alliance

FRANKFORT, Ky., August 4, 2003—PlanGraphics, Inc. (OTCBB PGRA), has been accepted into the State of Indiana Business Partner Alliance. PlanGraphics' skill sets have been accepted in the areas of Information Technology (IT) Planning and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).

The Business Partner Alliance establishes a business partnership between the Indiana Department of Information Technology (DoIT) and selected vendors who can help DoIT expand the IT services it provides to local governments. The Alliance also makes IT skills and services available to DoIT's state agency customers when DoIT cannot adequately provide such services with its internal sources.
