PlanGraphics to help implement GIS for Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District

FRANKFORT, Ky., September 20, 2004—PlanGraphics, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PGRA) has been subcontracted by the engineering firm of CH2M Hill to provide GIS implementation services to the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) in Cleveland, Ohio. This GIS implementation project is the second phase of GIS planning and implementation services that began in 2001 and included the conceptual, logical and physical design of the District’s GIS program.

PlanGraphics’ assignments for Phase II include:

• Assist in the conceptual design update
• Participate in database design workshops and database design updates
• Advise in the identification of hardware, software and database requirements
• Fully develop GIS standards for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District GIS Program.
