Project Management Institute recertifies Croswell as Project Management Professional FRANKFORT, Ky., May 11, 2006PlanGraphics, Inc. (PK: PGRA) announces that the Project Management Institute (PMI) recertified Peter L. Croswell as a "Project Management Professional" (PMP) on April 10, 2006. Croswell is an executive consultant with the company who was first certified as a PMP in 2003. Croswell has been on the staff of PlanGraphics since 1985. He holds a master's degree in geography and geology from Western Illinois University and a bachelor's degree in geography and mathematics from the State University of New York at Albany. According to the PMI,
the PMP certification is the project management profession's most recognized
and respected global credential. To obtain PMP certification, an individual
must satisfy education and experience requirements, agree to adhere to
a professional code of conduct, and pass an examination. Recertification,
which is required every three years, involves a review of the PMP's professional
project management experience, participation in professional development,
and authorship of publications on project management.
