PlanGraphics implements facilities management application for New York City Department of Environmental Protection

FRANKFORT, Ky., Aug. 21, 2007—PlanGraphics, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PGRA) announces the full deployment of a desktop application for the management of inspection and maintenance data for the Bureau of Water Supply’s Non-Point Source Pollution Control Program.

The Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) application suite includes ArcGIS 9.1 and 9.2 applications that provide for management of facilities, inspection and maintenance data. It also provides for scheduling of inspections and maintenance functions and the integration of documents with inspection and maintenance records. A simplified version of the application has been developed using VB 6 to allow non-GIS users to access the application and enter data. CAFM has been developed to support the non-point source pollution control program and to meet objectives set in the Filtration Avoidance Determination (FAD).
