Fairfax County selects PlanGraphics for two quality control projects FRANKFORT, Ky., February 26, 2009Fairfax County, Va., has selected PlanGraphics, Inc. (PGRA.OB) to provide quality control services in two data capture and conversion projects. In one project, PlanGraphics will perform quality assurance checks on planimetric and topographic data that is being updated for the County's enterprise geographic information system (GIS). The project will include review of the conversion procedures, FGDC blind checkpoint accuracy, data model adherence, planimetric update data, DTM, contours, and cartographic specifications. of the County's new transportation data model, which was recently created
by the County with consulting assistance from PlanGraphics. The Phase

used by numerous other County agencies and programs. PlanGraphics, founded
in 1979, is a full life-cycle systems integration and implementation firm
